The Oven Restaurant has been honored seven years
in a row with the prestigious Wine Spectator Magazine Award of Excellence. In 2010, the Oven was presented with the
Wine Spectator Best of Excellence Award. The Best of
Excellence Award is a special recognition for a
restaurant that surpasses the requirements of the
Award of Excellence. The Oven is the only restaurant
in Nebraska to obtain this honor. Currently, The Oven
has about 680 wines by the bottle to choose from.
A variety of wines by the glass are also offered. Ngawang personally selects each wine with complimentary food pairings in mind.
